Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

This policy explains when an InnerMind subscription can be refunded, how to ask for a refund, and what happens when you cancel. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, and applies to every InnerMind subscription.

1. The 30-day trial comes first

Every new InnerMind account starts on a 30-day Pro trial, and we do not charge you during it. The trial exists so you can connect your own data and see what InnerMind finds before you pay anything. If InnerMind is not right for your business, cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed.

2. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. We do not refund part-months, because cancelling keeps your access for the rest of the period you paid for rather than ending it early.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you pay annually and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, an annual plan runs to the end of its term: you can cancel so it does not renew, and you keep access until the term ends.

4. Charges we always refund

We refund these in full, regardless of the timings above:

  • Duplicate charges, or a charge for a plan you did not select
  • Charges after you cancelled but before the cancellation took effect
  • Charges made without your authorisation on your account
  • Extended outages that left the platform unusable for a significant part of a billing period

5. Charged after your trial by mistake

If your trial converted to a paid plan, you had not meant to continue, and you have not used InnerMind since the charge, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. We would rather you leave on good terms than pay for a month you did not want.

6. What is not refundable

  • Periods you have already used the platform for, beyond the exceptions above
  • Enterprise agreements, which are governed by the refund terms in their own contract
  • Plan downgrades mid-period: the new price applies from the next billing period

7. How to request a refund

Email us from the address on the account and tell us what happened. Include the charge date and amount so we can find it quickly. We aim to reply within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically arriving within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback can suspend the account automatically while it is investigated, and almost every billing problem is faster to fix directly with us.

9. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel from the billing settings in your account at any time, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your data is a separate action, described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, that law takes precedence.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as the product and its plans change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The version in force at the time of your charge is the one that applies to it.
